Raised in a real estate family, Jason treats every asset as a long-term commitment to both communities and investors. He values honesty, strong relationships, and coordinated execution-principles that guide Argonaut’s stewardship: clear plans, disciplined risk management, and transparent reporting. With experience across brokerage, operations, and institutional investing—and as co-founder of Vandelay Partners—Jason focuses on compounding value over time through teamwork and accountability.

• ~20 years in institutional and private real estate; ~$1B in closed transaction volume across asset types.

• Specializes in sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing transactions; adds unique value through deep relationships and experience with both private and institutional investors.

• Prior roles in capital markets/leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle (Dubai, UAE) advising on $3B+ of mixed-use office and commercial developments.

• USC Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) ; University of San Diego (NCAA Division I Men’s Golf).
